Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC with access to king-size double bedroom and dining area. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan kitchen, dining area (seats 12-14) and galleried sitting area. Utility. Sitting room (seats 8) with woodburning stove.
