A well-equipped kitchen holds all the essentials you need to prepare those home-cooked meals, before resting on the couch nearby. A shower room neighbours this, with enough space to get ready for the day ahead in style. Just off from this, a sitting room comes complete with lovely sofas and a woodburner, so you can watch TV in comfort. Adjacent to this, a snug holds further seating, should you want extra space to unwind. Wander up the stairs, and two king-size bedrooms rest on this floor; perfect for reading a good book before drifting into a peaceful night's sleep. Three twin bedrooms are pieced together with patterned bedding; cosy and inviting for children to feel right at home. If this isn't enough, another room hosts adult bunks, for any guests that may wish to stay. Two family bathrooms tie the layout together, containing elegant furnishings for a sophisticated finish. Outside is where you will want to be, resting on the patio area, overlooking the open fields.
The property has all you could want on its doorstep, The New Delight pub which serves local beers and bar meals is 150 yards away up around the corner, and the lovely, award winning Mays farm Shop is only half a mile away. The village of Hedben Bridge is close by, only 25 minutes walk away down a bridle path through the beautiful Colden Woods, with the Rochdale Canal and a delightful Victorian railway station. The National Trust owned Hardcastle Crags and the Pennine Way are in good distance. Skipton, Gateway to the Dales and Holmfirth, are just an easy drive away. This location is perfect all year round.
