Lovely Seat is a traditional, cottage refurbished to an excellent standard. The bedroom features an exposed stone wall and a fabulous super king bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress. Cosy wood-burning stove and beautiful open stone walling. Consists of entrance hall, lounge with flat screen TV/DVD/CD/Radio, kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob and microwave, bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Private balcony with patio furniture and panoramic views of the Dales. The property also has super fast wifi.

Lovely Seat is named after the hill it overlooks and enjoys a fabulous location in the pretty hamlet of Angram. There is a pub a mile away, a shop in Muker (two miles away) and the lovely market town of Hawes is only six miles away.

Bring your binoculars – the wildlife is truly special here. We’ve had mistle thrushes, swallows, field sparrows and wrens nesting in the garden and you could also spot curlews, rabbits, hares, stoats and weasels. There are no streetlights here so the stars are truly dazzling…

Enjoy fantastic walking and cycling from the doorstep. There is secure storage on site for walking gear, cycles and motorcycles.
